Benjamin studied Law (LLB) at Exeter University, completing his Legal Practice Course soon after. He then went on to study a master's in International Law and Human Rights at Åbo Akademi University. Over the years, he has worked for a number of organisations which support refugees and asylum seekers. At present, he works as a Language Programme Caseworker for RefuAid, a charitable organisation that aims to improve refugees’ access to education and employment in the UK.
