Bishu Solomon Girma

As Director of Customer Success for Access Legal, Bishu manages a portfolio of over 3,500 legal customers while overseeing the Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success teams that service a diverse customer base. Bishu began her career in law practice at a Toronto law firm and also served as in-house counsel at a North American auto manufacturer. Her career in legal technology began when she took a role managing high-profile document review projects for large scale litigation and competition investigations at Deloitte. She then led the Canadian Document Review business of global legal services provider, before joining their European division as Vice President of Client Services where she oversaw a team of consultants and project managers across 5 European countries. From electronic document review platforms, due diligence tools and data rooms, machine translation programs and advanced analytics tools, risk and compliance software, and now practice and case management software, Bishu has been involved in the mapping and rolling out of strategic technology solutions that have transformed legal practice for law firms and corporate legal departments.
