I am a committed educator and trainer, with over ten years’ experience of supporting learners to achieve their goals and attain higher heights. As a highly educated professional and woman in a position of authority, I meet a wide range of people from a variety of backgrounds who hold vastly differing views and mindsets. As such, I have developed a unique management style which is non-judgmental and collaborative, valuing every quality which others bring to the table.

Through the years of professional and personal engagement with learners, awarding bodies, organisations and stakeholders, I have come to understand better than many, the value of developing oneself through short courses and assessments. There is probably nothing more heartwarming than the knowledge that one has made a positive and vital impact in the lives of so many. I believe that most people are seeking to get from one point to another as they take the steps which they need to develop further. Often the gap between both points is so wide that a bridge is both necessary and inevitable. That is why I founded ‘Bridge Training UK Limited’ and gave it that name.

I am an accomplished multitasker, being a mother and a family person – roles which I deftly combine with my position at the head of Bridge Training UK Limited. I am always learning. I see opportunities for new knowledge in almost everything. I am also very glad to share my knowledge and skills. I manage a fluid team which is made up of competent individuals. Each of them is a highly trained professional who also brings so much richness to the team. Since I founded Bridge Training UK Limited, I have supported more than three thousand individuals to achieve numerous qualifications and certificates. Humility and honesty are my watchwords as I consider it a privilege to be of service to others. I also believe in not promising or offering what one is incapable of delivering.
