Elissa Thursfield

Elissa is a specialist employment solicitor, having trained with a global corporate law firm, before moving to a regional practice where she became Head of Department and a Director supporting businesses with their Employment Law, including advising on day to day issues, complex processes and discrimination.

During the course of 2022/2023, Elissa established EMT Legal a specialist Employment Law and HR consultancy and co-founded, Hroes, a new and innovative HR and Employment Law software platform.

Over the course of the last 10 years Elissa has worked with businesses on their training needs including Employment Law, HR principles and management skills necessary to become effective and compliant managers.
