Leighan qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and has been practising in the field of litigation since qualification. She now solely specialises in contentious wills, trusts and probate along with disputes in the court of protection in relation to property and affairs at HTF Legal, a niche boutique private client firm in Yorkshire. Leighan started her career as a commercial litigator and uses this experience to navigate though some of the most challenging areas of these cases on behalf of clients.
