Ross Wiggins

Ross has substantial experience in transaction support and financial due diligence projects across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Property, Technology and Life Sciences for UK and International Corporates, Private Equity and Banks.

Ross is responsible for leading corporate finance teams on due diligence assignments and providing deal support to his clients. This includes bringing together financial and tax teams, on transactions, typically ranging from £2m to £50 million.

Ross works closely with his clients to ensure an appropriate scope is agreed to enable a focused and opinionated report that can be delivered at an appropriate fee level. Ross is also experienced at providing a conduit in understanding between the Owner Managed Business and ‘Corporate’ reporting practices and cultures.

Ross has also been involved in a number of fundraising, business disposal and management buy-out transactions, again across a broad range of sectors.

Ross joined Menzies in 1998 as a trainee and has worked in corporate finance since 2004.
