Sianne Haldane

Sianne Haldane is Founder of Boon Impact Limited, a specialist Impact consultancy working with organisations and individuals to help them with their strategies in sustainability and understanding and scaling positive social and environmental impact.

She is a strong advocate and active member of sector-wide initiatives and thought leadership and is a natural "connector", creating communities that are mutually beneficial to enable impact.

A dual qualified lawyer in the UK and in her native South Africa, she has had a career that has spanned more than 15 years across the Governance, Sustainability, Impact, CSR and Private Client space.

She has advised Companies on embedding strategies and governance around DEI, Talent attraction and retention and on their wider sustainability. She recently worked with a Telecomms firm, helping them to secure £750 million in a sustainability linked loan through embedding key KPI's on their net zero strategy and their diversity goals.

She is an Advisory Impact Board Member for UBP and sits on the UN Global Compact UK Advisory Group.

She chairs the STEP Global Philanthropy Advisors Special Interest Group and is also a Trustee of both Mosaik Education and Save the Rhino International.
