AML & Compliance Update
Session 7 in a suite of regulatory updates for 2024 the session will focus on the current position with regard to AML, CTF and CPF risk assessment and client onboarding processes. There has been much activity over recent months with fines getting ever larger for transgressions and non-compliances.
