The types of claims to be covered will include claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and claims against the validity of a will.

The webinar will address the need for charities to maximise the legacies left to them by generous donors while carefully weighing any action against the risk of negative publicity and the costs of litigation.
