The Team specialises in claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, claims that centre on the validity of a Will and claims challenging personal representatives and maladministration of Estates. Amelia is also a committee member of the Shropshire Junior Lawyers Division and helps support in organising networking events and bringing junior lawyers together in the local community.
