Justine graduated from Worcester College, Oxford, with an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Justine was awarded a Distinction in her Graduate Diploma in Law and achieved an Outstanding in her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (BVC).
Justine joined Harcourt Chambers in 2011 following the successful completion of her pupillage.
She is a family law specialist, focusing primarily on children law.
Justine receives regular instructions to represent parents in cases involving domestic abuse. This involves giving legal advice, analysing Cafcass Safeguarding and Section 7 reports, and representing parents at hearings, including fact-finding hearings where she cross-examines Cafcass Officers.
