Peter Noyce

Peter Noyce is head of Legal Sector at Menzies LLP and author of the publication, Brighter Thanking For Law Firms. Peter advises law firms of all sizes in respect of strategy and profit improvement along with overseeing compliance assignments. This business planning and oversight have also seen Peter and Menzies wider team play a key role in law firm mergers from both acquirer and seller perspectives including preparing firms in advance of this process.

Peter also contributes regularly to legal sector publications including The Law Gazette and recently to Anne Harnetty’s publication “Mergers with the benefit of hindsight”. Peter's chapter in Anne's book refers to the importance of due diligence in that M & A process. He presents the webinar for For legal on that very subject with his fellow Menzies partner Ross Wiggins who specialises in such assignments.
