Having had a long and varied career in sales starting in 2008, Tracey joined Document Direct late 2019 to introduce businesses, predominantly in the legal space, to more profitable, more flexible ways of working by adopting an outsourced secretarial model.

With a strong track record of selling case management software, Tracey understands the cultural and logistical challenges faced by law firms of all sizes.
