Wesley began underwriting legal indemnity products in February 2007; having originated from the water and drainage industry Wes has a keen interest in sewers and water pipes!
Being highly technical Wes works with many leading property professionals to support our underwriting and claims handling.
In addition to underwriting restrictive covenants, easement discrepancies, mineral reservations, planning matters and possessory problems (to name a few!), Wes has also set up scheme-style products to enable conveyancers, their clients, and funders to transact swiftly and smoothly.
