William specialises in UK Commercial Real Estate, M&A and complex title risks, with a disposition towards seeking technical solutions to risk in order to facilitate the transaction. William has experience writing a wide range of commercial transactional risks, from unorthodox lease defects to limited due diligence portfolios of distressed assets. He entered the market in 2018 after a stint in private medical insurance broking which followed completion of his degree at Edinburgh University.
