1 – Statutory Instrument 2023 No. 298 – reduction in Magistrates’ sentencing powers
2 – Statutory Instrument 2023 No.441 dealing with the April 2023 amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2020 (as amended)
3 – The new Guidelines published by the Sentencing Council concerning the sale of knives etc by individuals and organisations and cruelty to a child/causing or allowing a child to suffer serious physical harm or die.
