For generations, lawyers have been obliged to abide by a Code of Conduct and a range of general ethical principles underpinning what it means to be a ‘professional’.

Changes effected by the Standards and Regulations in 2019 saw a much-reduced Code of Conduct, but the editorial reduction in the number of words has not changed the fundamentals of the regime.

The rules on costs, conflicts, confidentiality and undertakings are still much the same, but there have been some changes underpinning them, not least the advent of AI.

This For Legal webinar provides you with an interactive 60-minute session with Trevor Hellawell, who has shared his knowledge of the legal profession for over 25 years.

This live webinar is perfect for all professionals within the legal sector, regardless of experience.

This webinar can be picked up throughout anyone's professional career regardless of experience.
