Ask a Question

In these challenging economic times, property lawyers can often find that they have insolvency matters to deal with in a property transaction. Indeed, property issues have been to the fore in the last year, especially in the retail and hospitality sectors.

Therefore, proactive advice from professional advisors on this area is absolutely crucial. This could be in a commercial or residential transaction and may involve corporate or personal insolvency.

This webinar will bring practitioners up to date with what has been happening in the last 12 months and provide a guide on the important issues to ensure that professionals are fully equipped to advise on this area. It will also look forward to the potential areas of importance in 2022 and so will provide practical advice for your day-to-day practice.
