The area of private client is an ever changing area, and this last year has been no different. Most companies are becoming “paper light” and issues now regularly arise in managing electronic assets.
Brexit also has meant that many countries no longer accept an English will in managing assets abroad.
This session will run through electronic and foreign assets, covering the need to knows for will drafting moving forward.
