This session seeks to provide delegates with an overview of all aspects of proceedings in the Employment Tribunal.
It will consider how a claim is made and responded to, case management issues and the manner in which a full hearing is conducted.
It also addresses what parties to employment litigation can do following a decision of the Tribunal in terms of costs & appeals.
