Learning objectives:

Being able to challenge a certified claim is essential for most immigration and asylum practitioners. A large number of claims are certified on clearly unfounded grounds and some on the grounds of delay under sections 94 and 96 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002. By the end of this session practitioners will be better equipped to deal with these refusals and to successfully prevent and argue against these decisions.
