Competence, Supervision and File Reviews
Session 6 in a suite of regulatory updates the session will focus on the key issues relating to competence, professional self-reflection, appraisals and requests that we can all make of our bosses in the hope of improving of work-place performance. Clearly this is part of the annual appraisal process, but how can this be improved? Further, what factors could a decent file review and supervision process contribute to our overall output?
