Continuing competence and building a compliance training programme
There is an increased focus on whether lawyers within law firms have adequate continuing professional development, especially since the requirement to study a minimum number of hours ended in 2016.
This session looks at the Continuing Competency Framework and how firms can demonstrate compliance.
