In this presentation, we will look at interesting recent developments in the field, both practical, administrative and legal. We will focus on developments in the last 3 to 6 months presuming that most practitioners keep themselves up-to-date with excellent CPD providers. We will consider capital and pension provisions, developments in periodical payments provision and a small smorgasbord to finish various updating tidbits.
