As we move towards the end of the first quarter of 2025, the start of the year has once again been really busy. 2025 has begun at a fast pace in terms of updates in regulation, guidance, new publications and fines for the legal sector. Every day something seems to change and this means we were all busy updating our policies, risk assessments and other documentation to ensure our firm and our people stay compliant.
