In this session, delegates will receive full and comprehensive training on all aspects of argument advocacy.
The skills are transferable and apply to all aspects of argument advocacy – from the simplest of applications to adjourn to closing submissions in either a civil or criminal trial.
At the end of the session, delegates should feel confident to enter court and make persuasive submissions to either a judge or a jury.
