Session 5 in a suite of regulatory updates for 2024 the session will focus on the initial onboarding of clients, especially private individuals, and the factors that we must take into account when deciding whether we can act for them. Particular attention will be paid to the question of vulnerable clients and the questions that we need to ascertain in these perilous times.
