This pre-recorded session is a legal update designed as a general case law updater across the wills and probate field including Inheritance Act claims, Electronic Execution, Drafting issues amongst others. It is designed to assist the busy practitioner identify useful tips from the cases that can be applied in their practice. This session focuses on the most recent cases from 2020 and Spring 2021.
The delegates will get an understanding of the recent developments in case law and how to apply the lessons from them to their practice. This is a great update for the busy practitioner and is suitable for both the experienced and novice practitioner.
