In this on-demand session, Simon McCrossan explains how the law defines harassment at work. He analyses how the law imposes liability on employers and individual parties.

Considering statute, case law and relevant guidance, Simon examines what defences are available to those accused of harassment. He also outlines the alternative causes of action in harassment outside of the Equality Act 2010, via the Protection of Harassment Act which also may be of some relevance to potential workplace claims.
