A 2023 Criminal Case Law Update

This 30-minute webinar is the 1st of a series of webinars covering practical topics of relevance to criminal practitioners – in this one Colin will distil the essence of 12 important High Court and Court of Appeal decisions decided upon in 2022.

We all have good intentions to keep up to date with case-law but some of these judgements are very long and you simply don’t have the time to sit down and read them.
