A Guide to Probate Insurance Claims

Of all our products the claims under Executor and Inheritance cover are by far the most interesting.

We are speaking about two types of cover in this video, firstly the topics our viewers will be very familiar with: missing beneficiaries and missing wills; and also a product that practitioners and charities using more to deal with the what if scenario – our comprehensive indemnity product.

This session will: discuss the use of insurance for estate distribution, referencing real claims that we have received and explore how we have handled those, including negotiating personalities and the costs and payouts that accumulate.
