This update will satisfy the continuing competency statement section B. Richard covers updates on:
- Announcements on the Renters (Reform) Bill
- Announcements on the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023
- The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Bill 2023-24 including changes to leasehold extensions and enfranchisement, changes to service charges and administration charges, ground rent changes and changes to rent charges
- Lease extensions and changes in the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023

To give an increased knowledge of the subject matter. To update on current issues, case law and statutory provisions and to be able to apply the knowledge gained in the better provision of a service to the client.
